I saw Teresa on public TV and fell in love with what she was doing. I got the book 'Fit and Fabulous in 15 minutes' over a year ago. I could not get all of the exercises from the book, but did what I could and watched what I ate. I was down to a size 6, but with my Nephew living here I would take him and his girlfriend out to eat a lot and I put on a bunch of weight and I did not keep up with the T Tapp stuff. I recently decided that at the age of 66 I did not need to be o. I hate taking pills so I want to be healthy by doing T Tapp.

This time I ordered the Basic Workout DVD where Teresa shows how everything is done. I have been doing that every morning for almost 2 weeks and watching what I eat and I can see a big difference in my body, already.

I also do some of the youtube exercises by Teresa. I have now ordered one for a friend and got myself the skin brushes along with the DVD's. I am determined that I am going to keep myself young by using T Tapp. God Bless you Teresa, you are such and inspiration and motivator.

I tell everyone I can about T Tapp. I was so impressed with Bari being 90 yrs young and moving the way she does. Thank you, Teresa!! You have changed many lives for the better.

I feel even more determined to do this workout now. My beautiful teenage daughters are doing the workouts with me. I've done Beachbody at home fitness off and on for 13 years but after just two TTapp workouts I can already tell that this workout is really something special. I can't wait to share my TTapp results.
